Track 5: Insightful Frontiers

Crack the Case: An Interactive Document Analysis with Herlock.ai

This session is designed to introduce participants to the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) in Interactive Document Analysis.

The workshop addresses practical aspects, demonstrating how LLMs can serve as functional tools for tasks like event extraction, entity recognition, and relationship analysis through chat-based document interaction. Participants will have hands-on experience with Herlock.ai, a dynamic Document Analysis platform, to extract insights from documents relevant to a case.

Learning goal

After the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in Interactive Document Analysis.

  2. Utilize LLMs for tasks like event extraction, entity recognition and relationship analysis with chat-based interactions on documents.

  3. Demonstrate practical skills in Interactive Document Analysis using Herlock.ai.

Additionally, we are pleased to offer free access to Herlock.ai for a month to external guests, providing them with an opportunity to further apply and explore the concepts learned during the workshop.
